# Configure Email Notifications

You can integrate your email account with Prisma Cloud DSPM to receive real-time notifications on risks and alerts.

1. In Prisma Cloud DSPM, go to **Preferences** > **Integrations**.
2. Under **Notifications**, select **Email** and click **Connect**.\

3. Enter your email address. Note that if you enter an address that is different from the address you are using to login to Prisma Cloud DSPM, you will first receive an email requiring you to confirm emails from Prisma Cloud DSPM.
4. Under **Notified On**, select whether you want to be notified on Alerts, Risks, or All.
5. Select the **Severity Threshold** for receiving notifications - the recommended default is **Medium and above**.\

   After you add an email account, it is listed at the bottom of the page under **Notified Emails**. From there, you can edit the **Notified On** column or remove this account by clicking the **X** on the right.\
